Martin Campbell
Executive Recruiter and Principal, opened the Boston area office in 1993 after more than 20 years on the "other side of the desk" - as a top Human Resource executive in both the banking and the corporate spheres. He holds an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Maine and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. In particular, Martin brings to the business a humanistic approach as well as an extensive professional network. In 2005 the Boston office was relocated to Florida.

Donna Campbell
Recruiter/Researcher and Principal, joined the firm in 1998 and opened the Philadelphia office. A graduate of Skidmore College, Donna has more than 20 years experience in MIS/IT, sales, and client services in banking, insurance, manufacturing, and marketing. Her particular expertise is database management and e-recruiting.

Both principals believe strongly in uniting the best of internet recruiting with the best in traditional recruiting so that neither the client's unique objectives nor the candidate's individual circumstances are neglected. To this end, they maintain membership in such organizations as the National Banking Network (NBN), Association of Financial Professionals/Treasury Management Association (AFP/TMA), and Jobs in the Money.
